This has definitely been fixed the site is accessible from outside the UK unless there is some sort of caching or DNS delay this was sorted out two days ago.

I bought this extension but I am unhappy about it. The language is in parts hardcoded. My own translation ist not working. Support did not answer to my quetions. Not usefull.

First, our translation is not "hard-code".
Second, in our forum you was the one who didn't answer our technical questions, so we couldn't help you if you kept ignoring our questions.
