They give some support only for paid extensions I guess, but honestly I think that it isn't very smart to release an extension with so many bugs for free and give zero support, when you have commercial extensions that you want to sell.
Its a shame because this could be one of the greatest expansions avaible. However I woudn't buy any extensions from these developers after trying JoomD.
Thanks for your review. We have dedicated support team for both commercial and non-commercial extensions. Your question remain unanswered for this long all because of the reason that you posted your question at the wrong place.
Community Forum is the section primarily created for people to discuss and solve problems among each other.
Our Support Helpdesk is the place to submit support tickets for issues/bugs in the extension you are using.
You could have write to us and let us know about the same so our support team could help you out with it. But you chose to write a review first and diminish our brand value. But that's fine.
Let's just take this as an oppurtunity to make it clear that Community Forum is for discussions about our extensions and Helpdesk is for Instant, Dedicated Support.
