I have posted numerous requests on the forum for support and have yet to receive an answer. This has been nearly 3 days now. I think since paying a yearly subscription fee I would receive the support as soon as possible but this is not the case.
I have to complete a website in the next few days and am restricted because I am unable to continue without some help.
I am very disappointed but I hope they are able to prove me wrong and communicate with me soon.
I contacted the developer and still have yet to hear from them. This was weeks ago. I'm so disappointed because this is what I needed. Shame
Please make sure you're running the current version of the module, as MailChimp has deprecated earlier versions of their API. The current version of the module used the current 1.3 version of the MailChimp API. We're sorry we can't always answer support questions in a timely fashion, but as this is a free extension we can only provide support on an as-available basis.
