This is now the first thing I will install in any Joomla! site. Having just installed AND updated 30+ sites in less than an hour all up. Its at the top of my must have list now.

Three clicks including that which gets you to the component and the sites updated. I averaged less 30 seconds including the time it took to fetch the update.

Only con is it looks like it was made by a developer, in other words it ain't pretty.

We have been using this component since its early days and have been more than pleased with the support and continued development over that time.

It was one if the few support programs (including non-Joomla!) that allows for client companies each with a set of users and managers. another highlight for us has been the ability to have multiple workgroups hence we can provide a customised ticketing interface for each client company.

Definitely worth the cost and for us its provided a very good ROI.

I have mucked around with this one and think its showing great potential for the future as well as being very usable right now.

Once you have your Joomla! site running, the first thing I suggest you do is install this one.

You won't use it every day but when you need it you'll understand why you installed it(or wished you had).

It's simply a must have!
