I used the free version for a short time but wanted more features so I bought the pro version and it has been excellent! I give this app 5 stars because I have not had one problem with it! The support is great and it has all of the features I need and more! In fact, it is the first email app I have used that has not been full of bugs, compromised security and does exactly what it says it does! I am extremely happy with it and it was worth every cent I paid for it! If your looking for a mass mail mail program, this one is very much worth trying! I'm so glad I found it and so glad I tried it!
