No Luck So Far

So far I have had no luck with this...I have installed on three different occasions and have not been able to get this thing to work. Everything installs properly, but when I go to the front-end to start populating, I start to see double bars, both of which are non-functional. The worst part is that when you pay for something you would hope to get some support, but my posts on their forums have magically disappeared. Hopefully others will have luck, but not for me.
