Absolutely the best contact form and the best support. You can not go wrong with this component and plug-in. I can't say enough good things about it. One thing, if your experience hasn't been great: 1. Check the version you are using, which may not be the most recent and 2. Contact them!

Section Navigator Pro
This was easy to install and contact/support thus far has been very good.

However, I just found that it does not seem to be compatible with IE7. I will be contacting the developer and hopefully they will have a fix.
