While the com itself is quite good, the version for joomla 1.6 has had a bug with image uploading through JS - I've now been requesting the support team to assist me with this for a week, and there's been no response.

They were quick to help with pre-sales questions, but post-sale support has been non-existent.

They have a "private support forum" but, as a paying member I can't seem to access this, and requests to get access there have also proved futile.

Decent app, but if you run into issues, beware.

An awesome product - a ton of features and excellently priced for what it has to offer. Installation and configuration in Joomla is straightforward, but the back-end support tools (which are required) do require some work and knowledge. HWD do, however, offer this as an add-on service which I availed of and was extremely happy with - they are an exceptionally professional company, and their support is top drawer. They answer queries promptly and professionally and actually try to help you.

In closing, this component is highly recommend, and you're getting great value for money. Five stars!

Well, it appears to work, and installed OK... I do have a question though. Under Ping Services should I not add more URLs, or are three default ones pinging the hundred or so sites as advertised?

Hi! If you know more ping services, you should add more to it. I only know that ping services, that's the reason I only added them. The pingomatic service says that the ping lot more services, but I don't know for sure, so I added also google :)

I purchased this component with the objective of running a file delivery service. After a some use, it is very clear that this com has a lot of potential.

There are some bugs and glitches at this early stage, but from our initial dealings with the tech and support team, they are highly responsive and their customer service to this point has been excellent.

The team have assured us and other users that they are working on another release that will incorporate a lot of the requests that have been put forward.

All in all, the com is quite basic in its current version, but it does work, and if you're battling with any aspect of it, the support (as I've mentioned) is responsive and they will assist you.

A good component, with good support and stacks of potential is how I'd sum it up, and I'm looking forward to the next release.
