Piwik analytics for joomla
This piwik is a very good tool ! I am wondering why nobody rated it yet... As about component I would say it would have at least to authenticate with joomla together... at least in the backend... so is room for improvements

not doing more than copying the js code provided by google analytics and inserting it at the end of the web oage...

That is why it is called: Lightweight. Why complicate things when things can be done in simpler way. I have come long way to accept this mindset of keeping things simple.
