JoomSEO looked promising, but there was no way to set a static title for the start page, which makes it useless to me. I emailed the developer about it but have not received an answer after more than one week.

JoomSEO has always had the ability to define different titles and meta information on the home page.
I did not receive your email also my emailing efficiency will be slow as my real world job is time taxing.
