Akeeba Release System
After having manually managed download packages and keeping various repos up to date, I decided it was time to make my life easier and link everything from a single location. ARS has been a dream come true for me, between the ease of management, available statistics, and how quickly I was able to get the front end styled with the rest of my site. Nicholas was even helpful to me when I should have RTFM. Anyone who has a need to manage download repositories for their published extensions would enjoy how quickly they will be up and running with ARS.

Advanced Module Manager
Getting ready to go on the road, I needed an extension that would allow me to stage modules to publish on my site at a designated time, a function missing in the core Joomla! install. Within minutes, I had Advanced Module Manager installed and my modules configured for publishing. A great module!
