I needed a slight modification done to the extension, and Joseph made an adjustment to the extension and had it emailed to me the following day.
This developer listened to my recommendations and implemented them immediately. His product is solid and same is the service.
Based on the quality of the product and service, I have decided to use this extension on all websites produced by our company, whether the customer needs it or wants it. It's "standard" now for us.
DEVILS ADVOCATE STATEMENT: We all know when a developer becomes successful and extremely busy, they can't just get on the phone and make immediate changes like Joseph did. However, this review serves as a representation of his attention to quality and the importance his reputation plays to himself. He recognizes the value of making sure the product is the best it can be.
OTHER JED TAKE NOTE: When you pick up the phone and LISTEN to what your customers say without getting bent out of shape or taking it personal, you get reviews like this, and loyal customers.
PURCHASE PROCESS WARNING: The process went smooth and everything is available to the customer, however; The navigation on the site is slightly confusing. Bare with them as they are actively working on this as we speak. Don't "ding" them for their website since they put 150% effort into their product.

As far as the product goes, here are the problems.
1. It does not work on POP email plans. You must have IMAP for it to work.
2. According to the support staff, they found it did not work with GoDaddy???? If you are a Go Daddy customer and got this to work, please post how you did? During my troubleshooting, I got it to work for one message, but it failed everytime after that.
3. The instructions are not consistent with what you see. For example, it asked you to unzip some folder which said, "Unzip first," however, that folder does not exist anywhere in the downloaded product.
Again, I am pleased with the support staff, however, there are way too many problems with this product. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

-- Correct, this is for IMAP account only, not for POP. It does not work for POP as RoundCube does not support it.

-- Partially correct, but this is NOT OSE issue, it is Godaddy hosting issue, which was confirmed by the user (mbires) later on, and he found it is Godday server issue.
Specifically, if any users are using the following email plans, please do NOT use our component:

And cannot find where the issue is. However, each download comes with a file called UNZIP_FIRST_OSE_Webmail.zip and this is the only file that needs to be extracted.
