LinkedIn Profiler Module
I installed both the module and plug-in after I saw the demo. Placing the plug-in on the article was not a problem of course but then I was stunned after showing myself what I have accomplished: WOW it is a simple link to my linkedin profile, but not more then that, even not a popup in a new window.
I expected this plug-in and module to be link the demo, with a pop-up showing my content from linkedin, but that did not happen.
I am terribly dissatisfied.

My iBook Social Guestbook & Comment for CB
I thought every user could have a kind of guestbook of their own with this one, but it surely isn't. Every user has a tab with Ibook, but the Ibooks are all linked to the same Ibook and and not a book for every user..

Sorry but not what I expected.

Hit there! Well I could say this extention is quite the thing I was looking for. It is not really stylish and very nicely designed. But it all fits together. I really like this extention and it's core was exactly what I was looking for.

The only downside I think it has is its future. I want to expand the features for my visitors and users, but there are just not enough developers that work on plug ins for new versions or even just develop plugins.

I probably am going to switch to another community extention, because I already cant find plugins which I want to use.

Regarding future, past performance should be key indication for future:
- CB has been around since before Joomla
- Joomlapolis just hit 300'000 members
- there are over 150 CB related extensions on JED alone (see link above to see them)
- we just released CB 1.2.2 and there is a major revision 2.0 being developed full time by a full-time team, as well as many new plugins coming
- we prefer releasing well-tested quality extensions less often:

Regarding styling:
- For CB 1.2.x, you may want to take a look at templates from Joomlapolis.com or third-party commercial template developers providing templates for CB community sites.

I like the simplicity and its the only one that is able to count up instead of counting down I believe! I searched for a counter that counts up because I wanted to show how old my son is. He was born a couple of days ago ;)
