the product itself suits my needs for a project I am working on quite well. Where it really all came together for me was when I had an issue. I accidentally purchased the the wrong full version for the demo I was trying. I emailed support and they promptly sent the appropriate full version, no questions asked. I find fewer and fewer organizations today who stand behind and support their products in this manner and I think it is commendable!
