I bought RSForm!Pro a year and a half ago and have been happy with the product.
But after recently updating the component, I encountered some minor problems (fields not saving & error messages appearing above an older form I'd created).
After searching the forums and not finding anything, I opened a support ticket at rsjoomla.com. I was pleasantly surprised to see it addressed and resolved so promptly -- within 24 hours -- after providing access to the ACP.
I'm very happy with the professionalism of the support staff.
