i install this plugin,then i uninstall it because this plugin put Secured by Siteground Web Hosting every page,this is not a security plugin but a advertise plugin to sell hosting.

Yes easy for some users to themself. This modules main feature is ajax refresh for now on.Soon it will have many others features and it will be much better.
