I purchase the JForce and i got a bad surprise.
has a lot of bugs! simply doenst work.

There is no phone number in website;
The support dont response any email;

I open an dispute on paypal, and the seller did not response as well...

Hi next4ideas,

You are correct that we did not advertise either a phone number or even the best way to get support. Our support was not good. JForce is a comprehensive project management system and as a result there are times when it may appear that there are bugs. Often times this relates to an interaction with another third party component, or even a template. Most common were Javascript issues. We have made great steps forward in the Javascript declarations we use and have addressed all of the bugs that were present.

I am very pleased to say now that our support is much better and I am focused on making sure that each of our customers is taken care of and their problems addressed.

I would like to speak with you and learn more about the problems you faced when you worked with JForce and offer personal support in resolving any issues you faced. I would like to also extend your support length and upgrade opportunity so that you can experience the latest version of JForce.
