At least, is very simple and have a very good features: create a directory for every user made an upload.

On 3 installation, 2 don't display the messages (all 3 on the same server) and it limitated to one type of mime setting, also if a "baloon" tips say that you can use more than one using a "," (comas).

If only can run everywhere with more mime setting it will be the definitve upload plugin for joomla

I tryed it on january, and later i transleted it in Italian (sending the files to the author).

It work like a charm but as some little limitation, like the need to run on the home page or some function will be not avaible (like delete a msg)

Is about 8 mounths that i follow these stand alone application, and i never try it because it need a Adobe FMS server for run and later a red5 server.

Red5 is an open source solution so i installed it on my server to found that is a good streaming server with a lot of application that run "out of box".

With the free version for joomla of these product, the test MUST be done.

It's very simply to instal, few option for configurate (realy just one preferences setting) and one module for display the application.

Red5 configuration also is simple.

The graphic style is poor but customizable (but editing php code) and an interface for setting the player color or for use an external player is a need for not expert joomla user.

Waiting for the next step, i thing that is one of the few "live broadcasting" component for joomla at moment.

It use for the flv file again and old version do jwplayer (and also swobject) but the ability to modify the parameter of every single player, give the freedom to point to the new version and have better playback and features.
