RSform!Pro is by far the best form management extension for Joomla that I've come across so far. It was very straight forward to install (as most extensions should be) and very easy and intuitive to learn. Within minutes of installing this extension I had developed a reasonably complex user interactive survey and a Contact Us form (including a captcha image to improve website security), which included a series of text boxes, option buttons, and checkboxes. The HTML source behind the form can also be auto-generated or manually adjusted if required, so your forms can look exactly how you want.

When a user submits any of the designed forms, it creates a record in the RSform!Pro database for data review and/or exporting to file for reporting analysis, and also sends optional and fully-customisable emails to both the user and/or the website administrator. One can also make use of global variables to pre-populate text boxes with user logged-in information such as username, fullname, email address, etc. Also, you can write scripts to execute upon the form loading and/or when the form is processed, and you can write values to the database for increased flexibility and to easily interface with other applications.

Whilst not intentionally designed to replace the default joomla login feature, it can also be used to re-develop the login and registration forms (with the added bonus of a captcha image for increased website security).

Also, one thing to mention which I consider very important... product support is very good! Whenever you need assistance or help, the online tutorials are very informative, along with the forums, and the online ticketing help system is extremely good. The support staff are always willing to help and even provide examples if necessary.

I would highly recommend this extension to anyone who seriously wants to build great working forms for their website.
