Smart Flash Header
I've been using the Projoom Mega pack incorporating smart flash header and many other display effects. the installation is a breeze, as is upgrading and enabling individual products. The documentation and website are also easy to use, and the support has been consistent throughout.

Profile Manager for Community Builder
I installed Proma 3 a few months ago and it provides excellent flexibility over CB for Profile Management. I am using AEC - JACL - PROMA -CB to provide a client solution and I can say that Proma support has been responsive and they have gone well beyond their remit to help out with associated integration issues to get my site functioning as planned. Post sales support is extremely important and often underrated by developers. I can raise some v. minor concerns with integration to be resolved, but these are far outweighed by the genuine support provided to resolve them for me. More should follow their example.
