Amplify Contact Module
I was waiting for a long time for this module, because it has telephone and organisation fields.
It lacks, however, a simple way to translate the module, and joomfish support.

Not working for me, and not working even on the demo site. Building this component in Flash was a very poor choice. I don't recomend it.

Estate Agent Improved
It worked perfectly for me! Appart having to translate it top to bottom to Portuguese (pt_PT), it does exactly what is announced at the website. Easy to install and customize. I'm now running a fully funcional real estate website.

I would definitely recommend it.
