have you ever had good customer support? no... not good
GREAT.... wait....not great.... AMAZING!
i mean these guys have such a good response time...they almost made me feel like i ran the company over at JVIDEO.... i literally felt like i was giving a memo in the morning and they would have the feature i reuqested that same night....WOW
my experiences with JvideDirect have rekindled my faith in Joomla Developers as a whole...these guys are the bees freakin knees man....
and to top it off...the component itself is already so great to begin with...
i came over from HWDvideo to use JvideoDirect and i will NEVER... EVER ...look back
there were so many simple things i used to think were impossible.... that Jvideo has NAILED TO A TEE
simply amazing guys...THANK YOU...thank you for existing.... oh... and i just finished my site lol

I've used this newsletter on 3 websites already..
i see you've updated for community builder probably making you the first newsletter program to cross reference with a community based component
