This component does not function at all. According to the site forum it has been unusable for at least 5 months and yet it is still promoted for purchase. It should be removed from their site for purchase and from the JED where users assume it is a viable extension. It's a shame because the listing makes it look like a great component. I am very disappointed and concerned whether I will get a refund. :(

This adds a nice professional touch and a handy way for your site visitors to easily get in contact. I initially had a scripting conflict with my chosen template and had to reach out for support. They were very responsive and although they couldn't fix my issue they were able to help me pinpoint it. Once I was able to get the conflict resolved and get this baby going, it works like a dream. If you run into a scripting conflict that you cannot troubleshoot you will have to seek help from your template designer or switch templates if you want to use it. It's well worth the work it took to get it to go live.

Smooth execution and does exactly what it promises. Can't beat that combination. Used in conjunction with Modules Anywhere - it did exactly what I needed it to do. Thanks for providing this solution!

This extension exceeds my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a smooth, easy to implement jukebox style player. It took me a minute to work out the specifics of the parameters for the popup plugin. After having issues I went to the documentation, watched the video tutorial and problem solved. FYI - when entering the image for the button for a popup use only the image number - not the path or even the full name. Works like a charm. Love it....

I like this mod and used it for a short time on 3 sites that I operate. All 3 sites are using a Rockettheme template. I noticed a lot of server errors on these sites with error 500. Through a lot of trial and error, I found this module to be the culprit. I was sad to have to remove it but don't have the time to sort through why it caused the instability. Once removed all was well on all 3 sites. No doubt that this was the cause. Just a heads up for anyone who installs this and starts having server errors. I don't know what it was conflicting with but it was bad news. :(

Hi pixgirl,

The alert portion of Z Weather has been known to take a lot of memory when there is a lot of weather activity occuring in a state with a lot of counties. You can increase the memory in the Z Weather settings screen, or you can disable the alert feature to possibly solve your errors.

I am in the midst of perhaps my most stressful days as a webmaster. Having made the difficult decision to finally walk away from a hosting solution that was anything BUT a solution - I purchased JoomlaCloner to help ease the pain of moving over a dozen active Joomla sites. After installing the component and running head first into a brick wall (I'm a webdesigner not a developer or coder!) I submitted a support ticket for help. I was amazed when I got a response within what seemed like seconds. I was frustrated and ready to give up before I even got started so the calm easy support that I got was right on time for me. If every program, every host company, every everything technological had the kind of support that JoomlaCloner has.... I'd be a happy, happy girl. You want a solid solution for backup and site cloning? There is NO other option in my opinion. Buy it now.... If you run into a problem, rest assured that they will hang with you until it's right. Priceless.....
