Line 32 of file :-

should link to the full URL, as it causes the .css files not to be found (and not load) when SEO is turned on.

Am using JoomlaWorks Simple Image Rotator on my Joomla! v1.0.x sites, but unfortunately it does not work (yet) under Joomla! v1.5RC3.

Tried all the other Banner "rotators" listed, but Banner Slider is the only one that worked (properly) and didn't cause display (CSS) issues with my rockettheme.com template under Joomla! v1.5RC3
