Over a 1000 websites (that we know of) are using Smart SEO without any problems at all.
the percentage of users having any trouble with Smart SEO is less than 1% which is outstanding for an open source product.
Changing templates is a step in finding the cause of the problem, not the solution itself.
We suggested this so we could see if the problem is caused by your template or maybe it's something else like a specific extension you have installed.
You were offered to purchasae the EXD version for direcrt support but chose not to. therefore please understand the support process might take a little longer via the forum.
We feel it's unfair to jump the gun and make unbased assumptions about our product without even looking into things and giving us a reasonable amount of time to help you.
You've sent us 4 emails in 5 minutes demanding a reply an threatening to tweet about lack of support... and doing so without understanding that our support team was replying to your email at that exact time.
we'd like to help you solve this issue, please be more patient
