I'm on a shared host account- so I know it can be difficult getting a solid video component up and running... I've tried hwdvideo and seyret (hwdvideoshare's support is far better than seyret's non-existing support)- I paid for both, and am now using jvideodirect (found it by accident)... mark my words- as soon as more people find out about this component, this is going to be the one!!! Features are awesome, and support has been great- So, when you're disappointed enough in hwdvideo and seyret, give this one a try- better yet- use this one before you try the other two and save yourself some money, time and a lot of frustration. The look can use some development, but hey, I'd take function over flashy anyday... I have a feeling it's a young component.

HORRIBLE customer service... actually, I don't think it really exists- go check out the forum for yourself- there are unanswered posts that are months old. We went from hwdvideo to seyret and now found an excellent component- jvideodirect... installed it and works like a charm without any major conflicts and has far better features than either of the other two! We're happy now. Don't waste your money like we did.
