Hikaserial is a great addition to hikashop. Simple to setup and just click and enter setting in options and the website has Etickets for venue with unique serial numbers for each ticket sold, I can add seat number or table number (excellent for VIP table service). I tried other products and hikashop and hikaserial was the best, easiest and most flexible solution. I has a brain freeze, posted on the forum for help and 1 minute later the admin had replied with how to fix something I overlooked.

Having launched a few joomla sites I have to say this is one of the best components I have used. Easy to setup and not much or none at all customization needed. Support is blazing fast (within minutes). I highly recommend hikashop
