i have rate this because you can't use this outside of the united states

should of use postal codes as well

This is not true. You should go to http://www.weatherlet.com/ and enter city name. In the code snippet, you'd get code for the city. In example, code for London is UKXX0085 and I believe London is not in the USA. ;)
