I had the error a lot of reviewers are having and found the problem. If mootools is too far down in the "menu list" the system hangs. I told it to be first and the update completed very quickly.
A bit of a disappointment on not bringing over components, modules, and plugins. Using K2 (which I don't need any more with the new nested directories) I have quite a bit of work to do to get that into the article family.
It was very pleasant to get the latest version of Joomla installed and the articles moved over in a very quick and painless effort.
Thanks for the tool. We can't please all the people all the time and it does save a lot of up-front setup time.

I don't review many modules, but this is worth the time and effort.
One of the big problems with putting new widgets on your site is the real estate that they take up. This one is very nice, sits to the side, doesn't bother anyone yet makes it easy for someone to see something one a page, click the tab, and submit a comment. Gives the URL the user was on when submitted.
Thanks for your efforts and contribution to the Joomla! community.

I installed this module and went to a machine running IE 6. and the site wouldn't even load completely. I got an error message stating a higher version was required. Maybe I have another module/plugin that requires that and aborts the load.
On the positive, it did install easily and had the parameters as advertised.

I first noticed this on other sites and was really impressed. It draws your attention to articles and dresses up the articles.
I installed it on my development site and noticed that it only displayed the original date of the article. Since I update articles regularly, some of the dates were a year old. I sent Tomasz an email suggesting that an option for the updated date would be useful. He replied promptly and said he would put it in his next revision but he was rather busy and may take a month or so. Much to my surprise in less than a week I received a personal email from Tomasz indicating he had completed the change and it was on Joomla.
Thank you for this great module and excellent response to the community.
Looking forward to more great extensions!!

I was trying to use another extension but I had to either use just plain text or write all the HTML commands within the text. It was quite an ordeal. This solved the problem with the HTML editor available for composition. You can also work on your newsletter from time to time without having to do it all in one sitting. Also, with the signup and opt-out features it makes it look and feel like a real newsletter.
The only downside is that I use some of the text enhancers (xtypo and ic) and so I can't just link in my pages. These extensions don't work in most other extensions so it's not a big deal.
Great work, especially for the price!
