You can see from the owner's response that customers issue, that indeed the support not only lacks but is often unprofessional. The help forums are littered with problems with set up and 90% of the responses are "Read The Forums".

This player is not exactly user friendly and is a waste of money compared to similar programs.

The installation guide not only lacks detail but since there are loads of questions about similar issues on install that it would make sense the owners would rewrite the guide to include the common problems since they do not have the motivation to answer people's questions professionally.
