Rating it as "Good" only for two reasons: (1) cannot tell the difference when I changed the category include/exclude radio option and (2) regardless which categories were selected, it appeared to either include or exclude all categories. Fix both of these issues and I will change rating to "Excellent."

Best Newsletter for our Organization

I tried almost every newsletter component out there for Joomla and this one seemed to fit our organization the best. There are only two problems that I have found with Communicator - no centralized manual and inability to create a template. To the best of my looking around, I could not find a centralized manual. The forums are a very good source of finding information, but it would be nice to have the centralized manual. The templating is not a must have for me, but it would be nice. Currently, I just copy and paste the html code that I need to recreate. I know that templating ability is on the feature requests and I hope that the author will be able to incorporate this in the future. Overall, this is one of the easiest to use newsletter components out there and I look forward to seeing future versions that are even better.
