I never get an answer to my question(some images issue). I tried using the forum and tickets support. They deleted my tickets with out answering.... and yes they answer all my pre-sales questions

We just changed the ticket system with new system so that we can support better. You still can use the old link to reply us. Also, for your issue, our technical sent you a request but you did not reply him. I replied you on forum too.
