IProperty
I actually started using this component about a year ago but then my client put a hold on site development until just recently. So I really started getting into configuring and using IProperty just recently. It's a great component - well thought-out and organized. My client loves it because it's easy for her and her agents to use.
I had one problem with a plugin conflict and Tim Kramer jumped on it and had the solution found within 1/2 hour. Highly Recommended.

Ultimate Feed Display
I had a couple of issues after first installing and configuring this extension but the support was quick and very helpful. It works as it should and is a great value for the money. Highly recommended if you're looking for a module to display an RSS feed and want to have some options about how it should display in your site.

RapidGallery
I've been looking for a quality, easy to set-up and maintain gallery extension for J 2.5 and this is definitely IT! This is the best I've tried so far and for the price, beats all the others by a mile! Well worth checking it out and putting down the cash to get it, install it and use it. The configuration settings are exceptional and the ease with which it can be configured and deployed is a real time-saver. 5 stars!

The Geocode Factory
First rate component and excellent support. Fit exactly what my client wanted. No hassles with installation or configuration. One bug due to a PHP extension not being installed on my server was fixed within an hour of support request. Highly recommended.

Minitek FAQ Book
Wow! This makes it very easy to add a first-class FAQ section to your site. Works flawlessly! My only complaint (and I hesitate to even bring it up...) is that to change styling requires many edits to the css. In my case, I'm using a dark background with light text throughout the site. I had to edit a bunch of selectors to simply reverse the polarity, so to speak from the default styling. Again, I hesitate to bring this up but it's worth mentioning that moderate to advanced knowledge of css and having the Firebug extension installed in your browser are necessary to change the default appearance of the component.
One more thing...there is a feature for the user to ask a question. I can't figure out where these go and how this is configured.
