I usually spend hours and hours to configure a non-commercial module or component. At this price NS Pro provide you a very intuitive module and support is included ! I was able to translate it easily. So it is a no-brainer for me. To send newsletters I prefer NS Pro.

Hi,

My first time installing a chat module. First, I have tried the free ones, without success, I am a newbie, I need simple stuff. I, finally, decide to buy one. I needed 15 minutes and everything worked out ! translation included. 2 weeks after, I needed to re-install a backup of my site and I had problems, I have contact JLive Chat and I got a real fast service, exchanging some emails till everything was ok. Excellent module and Excellent service.

I am a newbie and was a little bit scared, reading the reviews from some people that has problems. I made a backup first and installed it according the documentation and that's it! Everything worked out fine at my first attempt(2 minutes).
