YJ Piecemaker
Used it for a few weeks, but kept having a problem with IE, used the YJ support forum and did have a reply, but managed to solve the issue on my own.

It was caused by one of the other modules I had running on the same page, moved that one and YJ Piecemaker is working a treat

Was looking for an extension that would allow visitors to comment on the site but would not publish until approved by administrator. Captcha feature also included. No documentation but managed to figure it out. Informed a few friends via email that the site had this feature and the first testimonial was published 5 minutes from going live, great extension!!
