This in no way should have been released in this condition. Any customization of fields such as is touted will be erased if any of the formatting of the "formattable" HTML forms is touched. That's ONE big issue. Following the link to "update" your registration information gets you nowhere, no data to update. Confirmation emails don't work (Thank You emails DO seem to work, although don't allow access to cancel your registration). Multiple-person registration DOES count down the total seats allowed, as it should, and contrary to what some reported. There were zero permissions set on the php configuration file on the server side. All in all, it looks like it was just abandoned as a project, with volumes of programming information in there that's not even near-prepared to work yet. So if it were entirely FREE, perhaps I wouldn't be inspired to write this note, but because we're made to pay support subscriptions, and since the owner stated in the forums that support is not included for this program, it should work as stated and not have to rely on "support." I have no choice but to uninstall it and look for a safer solution.
