I am working with the Hoduma Helpdesk right now. Installation was easy, although the options panel could be rearranged to assist you in setting up the items in a logical order.
The Joomla Users sync plugin has to be installed separately. It would be nice if this was included in the package.
The front end is a bit overwhelming, but shows everything it should show. Great work!
I just submitted the dutch language pack. Helped me to understand Hoduma into the details ;-)
It is a very complete system, that really supports the helpdesk and can be tweeked to your needs.
