I just started using Rsevents. The customer service is great. I had a problem caused by having a different non stable (an RC) component installed (my fault). Their customer support spotted that was causing the problem and told me how to fix it.

I needed to embed a player with Javascript and VBscript in my pages. Not only did it allow me to do this, it was simple to do it right with parameters. This allows very fast plugin developement(probably also module developement but I have only had it for 2 hours). You can do something quick n' dirty to get a single case working, 1 hour for me never having done any Joomla programming before. Then you can improve your code by adding proper pramaters so hard coding is removed. Later if I need to I can spend time to write a real plugin.
