You can create any feature and values you want, which shows up in the search module.
For example: feature: color.
Values (red, blue, white etc..)
Then you can assign any feature to to any category you want. Also to multiple categories at once.
Then you assign the values to the products you want. You can select multiple or all values at once and assign them to all products or to a selection of products.
Also there is a great support!
I build websites for about 5 years now and although I have a basic knowledge of php, mysql, html, CSS and other techniques, I’m not a programmer. So i needed a good piece of software or someone who could do the programming for me.
I use the Joomla CMS and after a very intensive search, trial and error with other products, I tried SOBI2.
And...!! It’s a gift from heaven….
The possibilities with SOBI2 are endless.
The basic “free” installation gives you a full functional business index with no limitations.
Although you can tune the program the way you want it, you will need to spend some time to discover all it’s features. This because there endless configuration options.
The support is excellent both from the forum users and developers.
Documentation and information is extensive.
Also there are many extra modules and plugins to make it even more impressive.
