Does not do what it's supposed to do

SJ VM Extra Slider
The module interface is very good, but it does not do what it's supposed to do: before buying I asked the customer service if the module showed the barred price and the new one with the discount amount. They replied me: "yes it does all you requested" (I have their email saying that). Then after I bought the module the support service did not help me to get what they promised, neither they gave my money back.
