So easy to use - it just works - quickly and efficiently.

I had to rebuild a whole site from scratch (just because the front end editor wasn't working and I just couldn't figured out why!) and it was just what I needed so I didn't have to redo all the modules, articles, users, etc, etc. Well worth it's price for the amount of time it has saved me.

Just remember to install it on your NEW destination site not the old one :)

Such a useful little module, I install this by default on EVERY site I build. I think it's great that it doesn't have any css or html hard-coded so it just uses your site css and you don't have to remove a load of superfluous stuff.

I love this component and until I switched to 1,.7 I have installed it on every site I build. It can be a bit confusing for some of my less savvy customers, but that is because they have trouble understanding that they may need to change one word in many places for it to change site wide. But that is definitely NOT the fault of this component, its just the way Joomla works.

I would love to know if this is going to be updated for Joomla 1.7??

I too used it for specific links in my footer - worked like a charm. I did need to do a small hack as I needed to overwrite the Joomla specific Itemid=xx in order to make sure another menu showed after I clicked on one of these links. An option to overwrite the itemid with one from another menu item would have been brilliant :) Thanks so much for this module!

Really easy to install and configure. Excellent if you want something very simple - it just puts a map on your contact page. I don't think it works on any other page.

The only reason I didn't give it excellent is the description html doesn't display quite right when you are editing the module and the link does not take you directly to the sign up page which is http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html. Please don't let that tiny thing put you off using it though!

I love this component and use it on every site I build. My clients love it too, makes finding things a breeze - esp with the new plugins. Support is fast & excellent too (I had downloaded the wrong version - doh!)
