My first experience with this software is very positive. I used it to add a JavaScript verification to a form. The instructions are straightforward and easy to understand. It worked right out of the box. Thanks so much for this wonderful plugin!

I found this issue already reported and ignored on the support website, which is not accepting new registrations. Hence my comment here. When viewing an article, the comment area is by default open, which takes up a huge amount of screen real estate, even when the user has not requested to leave a comment. It should be just a single link at the bottom of the article taking the user to the comment page. The way it is in blog and category layout. JomComment offers this feature and you should have it too, because users don't need to see it on every page, only when they want to leave a comment. I'm rating this "average" instead of something less because I hope you will fix this oversight in future versions. A very nice extension that fails because of this one fixable issue.
At the bottom of the article, put a "Comments (69)" link or something similar, not the whole comment form by default.

Sorry, but your review only shows that you didn't look into the settings and didn't try all templates. There are templates that have the comment form hidden... Next time post a support question before giving a bad review!
Thank you!
