I purchased the Pifetime Pro package after using this extension and the Advanced Module Manager for a week. This ReReplacer blew me away it is saving us so much work. We used it for a simple task of taking words on our web site and linking them to a page also on our web site. Simple, easy and time consuming without ReReplacer. With ReReplacer you set it up once and then forget about it! It just works.
And, I even got help doing the first one since I did not have a clue what I was doing. Now I feel empowered... that said... learning regular expressions is now HIGH on my To-Do list.
Get this extension. In fact, get them all...

Admin Tools Professional
I love this software. It took me many hours to get through the documentation which to me is a HUGE plus! It is so nice to find well documented software. This software has a LOT of features and a lot of options. With features and options comes complexity but Admin Tools is doing a GREAT job of simplifying the complexity. I will never again run a Joomla site without this software.

User Extended Fields for K2
I would rate this five stars because it does what it is supposed to do. However, there is a problem that the past person posting has referred to that needs to be fixed. There is a discussion on the K2 forum with various hacks suggested but really the folks at JoomlaWorks should just fix the bug. The problem is that the language files appear to not be being seen. So, instead of displaying something like for a field name like "Facebook" it will display "PLG_K@_UEF_FACEBOOK". This is happening for all of the extended field names. Hopefully they will release a new version to fix this soon!

Resolved in v2.1. Just upgrade (install on top).

I need to give this extension an EXCELLENT rating because it does what it says. I had assumed it also did a bit more and wrote in for support and instead of telling me that it did not do what I wanted they realized it was a good idea and wrote it into the product for me, created a new version and sent it to me. How good is that? (answer: very good!)

The feature I wanted was to be able to use K2 Extra Fields so that I could have people fill out extra fields data as well as submit a story. They built it into 1.5.

If I had any complaint it would be that it is slow to get support due to the time zone issue and it took us a few try's to understand each other. So, it took a few days. But, I was NOT in a hurry so am completely satisfied!

Quick fix did just what I needed!

I was not used to having to install two components and then did not know where to find the readme but it really only took a couple minutes poking around to find out I had to enable the plug-in and could then go about creating url redirects. It worked instantly like it was supposed to.
