it seems to me that the ttv video extension is not optimized to work with sef url redirect and for that reason can't find your videos
if u resest your joomla settings -ie sef url redirect , etc, it will work
it will be great if those guys from tomato england will fix it.
i love it personally and look forward for a fix.
ps i didnt test it with sef404. maybe somebody can give us a feed back on it.

I've just finished version 2.0.1 which includes a SEO router file. It'll be release next week after some testing.
