Rentalot Plus
I tried nearly all components availabale for the purpose of renting holiday-apartments and think, Rentalot Plus is in many ways the best: Complete functionality, easy to learn and can be used in all possible configurations of your rental-service, what not has to be necessarily renting of rooms. The component is very flexible and tweakable.
The price is more than worth the results you will have.

This is far most the best newsletter system for Joomla. It has all the features you need, is easy to handle and the commercial versions do not lack anything what you need for a serious marketing component.
For me one of the must have components for Joomla.

I downloaded three days ago, I needed the shown links with the target according to the items-setting in the Joomla component. The programmer modificated the module in this way in one day and provided the new version. It works perfectly. If there would be 6 stars I`d give.

Had to show certain access links to different user-groups and in the same time all to the admin, what worked really good. The documentation is complete and understandable. Took me about ten minutes to configure how needed.
And a side-effect: Did me make think over my complicated access structure, what was fun!
