Helo, thank you for your feedback on our support services. I noticed your ticket and seen that while we are looking for the solution for your bugs mostly caused by your hosting, you did find support from another resource. So we have no chance to support any more.
As we said in the product detail pages, most problem happen with this plugin is from the server hosting configuration itself. And we are happy to case support!!!
