Akeeba Backup
A great back-up extension and with Kickstart.php recovery is simple and easy as well. Recovery does require some database knowledge (setting up a database and user) but these should be basic skills for any "webmaster".

I have used Joomlapack (previous name of Akeeba) for at leat a year and every version has seemed at least as good as the last. Now using Akeeba and it seems smoothed out and simply works.

Pretty low learning curve, a must-have for all sites. I use manual backupping when needed, but I understand they could be automated and more frequently created as well.

A simple and great must-have addon. Let's you control the site name displayed and if it is displayed before or after page title. Also a few other small details can be controlled.
