Definition of Roster:

Noun: a list showing the order in which people are to perform a duty

Verb: to place on a roster

This software does nothing like that, it is merely a simple directory of staff that are organised into departments, don't be misled, this software is rudimentary and fairly useless, it has no capabilities whatsoever as a rostering tool.
