Quality Support - A different experience

Got these extensions couple of weeks back, everything installed fine. The modules were easy to configure and it all worked fine. A week later I installed a poorly coded gallery plugin and it messed up my site menu and conflicted with FBWidgets connect module as well.

I contacted FBWidgets support, got a reply within 6 hours. And in the next 24 the conflict was fixed and they fixed my menu too. I haven't tried all the modules in the club, but I can say the support was really friendly and fast.
