Blue Flame Forms For Joomla 2.5
Worked right out of the box except for some permission issues I needed to contend with which is not uncommon with some installs and hosts. What was VERY nice was the install let me know what those permission issues were so I could fix. That is not so common with extensions so hats off to the developer. I did need to contact the developer about one item which did not hold me up from using right away (I had a customer meeting the next morning). The response was within 24 hours. Form builder is surprisingly robust yet extremely easy to use and user friendly. Whether you are a novice or experienced I think you will find this extension great. There are some higher end capabilities and there is a really great rule handler for your forms (send to mail, DB, redirect,...). This in particular was a very nice surprise along with all the form field options. Highly recommended especially for the price.

Modal Box
If you are looking for a modal window that is easy and quick, then this is it. As stated, works exactly like the html attribute just using (modal} {/modal} instead. Content called is displayed with the mootools lightbox effect. Highly recommended.
